Our facilities...
We are able to offer the following to our customers:
- Constructional design : Using state of the art CadCam equipment supported by the latest "Impact" software, we can design packaging specifically to suit any product. Once samples are approved, a layout of the design is created for the client's artwork provider.
- Reprographics : From receiving artwork either by disc or e-mail the file is then processed through our Apple-Mac using "Illustrator" software. At this stage the files are checked for content and layout, at which point, proofs or laser prints can be produced for customer approval prior to the production of printing plates.
- Production : This is done by lithographic process using a MAN Roland 705 printing press incorporating fully automatic plate-loading and computer controlled colour desk, two Bobst cutting and creasing machines one of which is being replaced shortly by a new Heidelberg machine, three folder gluers two of which are recent installations, with one being the highest specification Bobst 110 folder/gluer in the UK
- Warehouse : For volume users, products may be stocked for an agreed timescale and delivered to meet the customer's requirements. Delivery may be to the client or their subcontractors as required. Stocks are monitored and usage reports issued at regular intervals to ensure continuity of supply.
